The City Works brand was fortunate to secure a lease and build a beautiful flagship restaurant at Disney Springs, on the property of Walt Disney World in Florida. The project was challenging, yet rewarding and fun!

This restaurant opened in February 2020 and has been a successful addition to the West Side of the Springs. As a result, craft beer fans can now find eighty different beers on tap at Disney Springs!
Project Highlights
Representing the owner of City Works, this project required weekly coordination meetings with the Walt Disney Parks and Resorts and Walt Disney Imagineering teams, as well as regular coordination with the Reedy Creek Improvement District. Frequent site visits and daily involvement with the general contractor, landlord, and local jurisdictions were not only encouraged but ultimately necessary to ensure the success of the project.
Development of the project from design, then through a unique intermediate general conditions bidding round, to ultimately selecting the contractor with the best value proposition for the project were critical to ensuring that all project goals were met.
Uniquely designed with multiple bars (both indoor and outdoor), and a massive audio-visual presentation appropriate for such a special location, this City Works is truly a flagship location and showpiece for the brand.
