Three new restaurant locations for Roti each presented their own challenges:

Metra Market, Chicago IL – This project required design of a restaurant layout to fit in a small, awkward space. Building beneath an operating commuter rail station, kitchen exhaust had to be installed vertically through the train platform and canopy roof.
IDS Center, Minneapolis MN – Located in the first floor retail promenade of Minneapolis’ tallest tower, this three-thousand square foot location was the chain’s entry into the market. With a space surrounded by tenants above, beside, and below – successful coordination with the landlord and general contractor was a must.
McKinney and Olive, Dallas TX – Again the chain’s entry into a new market, this location is located within a beautiful new Cesar Pelli-designed office tower and garage. Being one of the first retail tenants working in the building resulted in first-time hurdles for both tenant and landlord in order to complete a successful project in Uptown Dallas.
