Roti Modern Mediterranean opened their second location in the heart of Midtown Manhattan in the iconic Chrysler Building.
The approximately 2,000 square foot location required an efficient kitchen and operating layout to serve the demands of the Midtown consumer.

This prime real estate required extra attention and naturally more focus on the details.
Challenging office hours of tenants above, exacting landlord restrictions, and an always complicated New York City development environment provided many challenges to this project.
Working in tandem with a great landlord partner, we were able to deliver a great space for the Roti operating team.
