This project in Urbana IL was completed as design and owner’s representative both for the land owner – developing a new multi-tenant site and building – as well as a company-owned store for Jimmy John’s.
Project Highlights
This project included multiple facets and entities, including property owner and Jimmy John’s as owner of one tenant space (both represented by the team at Iron), and then a tenant space for lease.
The property was a scrape and build, new ground-up development with a full civil site work package and the construction of the shell. Fit-out of the Jimmy John’s location was the first of it’s kind in a new prototype development also supported by the Iron team.
